WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping Conditions for European Union Countries:

Shipments are made through SWISHIP to all European Union countries, with delivery times of 2-4 working days using Standard service. 

Shipping costs are free for orders over €89 (SWISHIP Standard Service).

For orders under €89, shipping costs are €7.95 (SWISHIP Standard Service).

RETURNS

Of course, all CORIOLISS products are created to the highest standards and are rigorously tested before release. However, if for any reason you need to return your straightener or any other CORIOLISS product, we will ensure that the process is as simple and fast as possible. 

ENTER YOUR CORIOLISS CUSTOMER AREA 

If your Corioliss product is within 14 days of the order date, you can initiate a return. 

If the product is defective, after the return request, we will send you a return label by email. 

PREPARING THE PACKAGE

Place your straightener/product in secure packaging; the original packaging and contents are not required. 

The package should also include: 

- A copy of your proof of purchase *Original documentation will be destroyed and not returned 

- The printed return form 

- Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

SENDING THE PACKAGE

We highly recommend using a registered, insured delivery service. This will allow you to track your package. 

The package should be sent to the address listed on the prepaid label generated at the end of the return form process. 

UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs.
