GENERAL CONDITIONS, USE OF THE WEBSITE & CORIOLISS WARRANTY.

1. Purpose, Object, and Scope of Application
   These provisions govern the contracting and services offered by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L., the official importer of CORIOLISS for Spain, operating among others through the Internet from its website www.corioliss.es, offering the products it imports to its users.
   The clauses that form the contract that all users of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. must know and accept are listed below. A “user” is defined as any internet user who accesses the website www.corioliss.es, either directly or from any other site on the internet.
   The services offered by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. on this website will be regulated by the conditions contained in this contract. CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. reserves the right to modify these general conditions, in whole or in part. However, these modifications will not have retroactive effect on goods or services previously contracted by users.
   These general conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement, which becomes effective at the time the customer/user subscribes to the order in accordance with Article 1255 of the Civil Code. For all purposes, it is considered that the user accepts the conditions and rules of use outlined here if they click the “accept” button at the bottom of this document.
   To fully guarantee the rights of the consumers and users of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L., these general conditions are established in accordance with Spanish law.

3. Legal Conditions for Service Provision and Liability
   CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L., through its website, enables permanent, easy, direct, and free electronic access to information about its company name and any data related to the associate, accessible exclusively to them.
   The simple use of the Website grants the status of “CORIOLISS USER” to any individual or legal entity, and unconditionally implies complete acceptance of all the clauses and general conditions outlined in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use in this Legal Notice, they must refrain from using the Website.
   This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published by the website owner may differ each time the User accesses the website. Therefore, the User should read the Legal Notice every time they access the Website.
   To this end, the User agrees and commits not to use any of the Content for illegal purposes, prohibited by the Legal Notice or current legislation, detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or prevent the normal use of the Content, computer equipment, or documents, files, and all types of content stored in any computer equipment, either owned or contracted by the website owner, other Users, or any internet user (hardware and software).
   Furthermore, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, pre-contractual information and confirmation of legally required information will be provided to the customer/associate.
4. Conditions for User/Associate Access
   Any user who accesses the website of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. has the right to register as a CORIOLISS CLIENT, thus being eligible for special offers intended for the registered CORIOLISS CLIENT group, which will be specified for each product at the time of registration.
   Users who access the CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. website will not be able to make purchases under the terms presented on the website unless they obtain the status of CORIOLISS CLIENT, and therefore must register before making a purchase. However, they can register at CORIOLISS without making a purchase and benefit from future purchases.
   Any user who accesses the website of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will have free and unrestricted access to the information contained on it.
   The public information on the CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. website is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws, and copying, transmitting, assigning, selling, or using it for any purpose other than advertising without CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L.'s consent is not authorized.

User Registration
The user, voluntarily and under their responsibility, must register their personal details necessary for completing the registration process, as well as for future orders and purchases.
The user must be of legal age to register and make purchases. If not, the responsibility for orders made by minors will fall on their parents or legal guardians.
CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. may offer the user a personal registration system with a personalized access key and password to facilitate future purchase operations. In this case, the client can choose their desired key and password, and it is the user's responsibility to keep the key confidential.
As a user, they commit to maintaining the confidentiality of their access key and password. CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. is exempt from any liability arising from incorrect use or negligence on the part of the client/user regarding the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Offer and Acceptance Process
Conditions of Purchase and Sale of the Product
CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. reserves the unilateral right to modify the price of the products and services offered through its website. To guarantee the user the security of the price of their products, it will be the one published at the time of placing the order.
The electronic purchase process will follow these steps:

1. Information about the Offered Product to the Associate:
   The products offered will appear on the website, and depending on the item, the main features, final price, and all relevant details will be described in the product description.
2. Information about the Product Price:
   Information about the retail price of the product to be purchased will be provided, including the final cost for the buyer, including VAT, shipping costs, goods insurance, and handling fees resulting from transportation. Therefore, the final cost will be communicated to the buyer during the electronic purchase process before completing their acceptance.
   The shipping costs will be informed to the buyer before finalizing the purchase of the products. Once the products have been selected, a dropdown menu will appear with the cost, which will be minimal and always shown before making the payment.
3. Order Acceptance:
   At the time of order confirmation, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will electronically store the order to proceed with shipment.
   The commitment of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. to sell and deliver the offered goods is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks run out, so CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. always strives to ensure that advertised products are available.
   If a product included in the user’s order is out of stock, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will contact the user via email or phone to inform them of the available options. If contact cannot be made or no response is received within 24 hours, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will proceed to ship the order with the remaining items, and the corresponding amount for the unavailable product will be available either for future purchases or will be refunded by the user’s preferred method, always at no cost to the customer.
4. Payment Methods for the Associate:
   The user will be able to use the following payment methods:
   • Credit card: Redsys, secure connection with La Caixa
   • PayPal: The user/associate can pay for their order via PayPal.
   • Stripe: Pay with any credit or debit card.
5. Invoice:
   CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will send the invoice via email and will also be available in PDF format in your client space.
   CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. advises that invoices cannot be modified after issuance in compliance with current regulations. The invoice will be issued in the name of the person or company placing the order. Therefore, the client/user must ensure the correct name is used when placing the order. No changes will be accepted afterward.
   For data protection reasons, duplicates of the invoice will only be issued to the contract holder. No duplicates will be issued to third parties.
6. Product Delivery Time:
   A delivery time of 1-2 working days will be established for mainland Spain and 3 days for the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. The product will be delivered starting from the moment the delivery date is confirmed when the order is placed. The delivery time will begin once CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. has received confirmation of payment.
7. Place and Method of Delivery:
   The order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering by the client/user. Any changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order leaves the warehouse and may incur additional costs, which will be borne by the buyer. Changing the delivery address after the order has been handed to the carrier will not be possible, unless the client/associate covers the costs and it is expressly agreed between the parties.
   Important: Ensure that the package received is in good condition externally. If not, note this on the carrier’s delivery note, reject the shipment, and notify CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. within 24 hours. In cases of product damage or non-conformity due to transportation, it must be reported to CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. within the next 2 days of receiving the order, via email to info@corioliss.es
8. Product Warranty:
   The warranty for the products sold by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. is provided in accordance with current legislation, especially the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
   In case of non-conformity with the product, and depending on the type and nature of the product, a period of two years from delivery is recognized for the buyer to exercise their rights. However, only within the first 6 months after delivery will it be presumed that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery. The buyer will need to prove that the product was non-conforming in the remaining 18 months (according to the LGDCU).
   CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. may offer additional warranties, which vary depending on the product. These warranties will be exclusively at the expense of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L.

The warranty will not be valid in cases of external factors unrelated to normal product use, such as voltage surges, use of inappropriate or prohibited accessories, falls, water, fire, or incorrect or abusive handling by the client/associate. The warranty period begins on the date of the invoice.
Despite the aforementioned warranty, and even if the product is fully conforming, the client/user may cancel their order and return the product within fourteen calendar days, as indicated in the following sections, and in the withdrawal document, which will be available to the client/associate by clicking the provided link.

Rights of the customer/partner:

The customer/user, in their contractual relationship with CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L., shall have the following rights:

• Confidentiality and security of their personal data, in accordance with the applicable Spanish data protection legislation.
• No dissemination, transmission, or publication of the customer's/user's data without their explicit consent.
• Not to receive promotional emails, if they have opted out.
• Access, rectify, cancel, and/or oppose the processing of personal data held by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L., upon request from the customer/user. All of this will be in accordance with the provisions on Personal Data Protection.
• Free access to the open sections of the website.
• To know the status of their order at any time.
• To withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer/user, or a third party indicated by them, took physical possession of the goods, provided the nature of the product allows for it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. at the following address: Polígono Industrial El Rubial Calle 1 Parcela 10 03400 VILLENA (Alicante) SPAIN, by phone: +34 965817828 or by email: info@corioliss.es of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer may also provide an unequivocal declaration of their decision by sending a letter by mail or using the model withdrawal form available at the "Link in point 6 above." It is the consumer's responsibility to prove they have exercised their right to withdraw.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.

The consequences of withdrawal will be:

• CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date the customer informs of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the customer/partner has explicitly stated otherwise; in any case, no expenses will arise as a result of the refund.
• To proceed with the refund, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. has the right to verify that the returned product is the same as the one sold and that it is returned in the same condition as when it was sold.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• All products requiring direct contact with parts of the body, such as hair straighteners or curling irons, whose packaging has been opened or show the slightest signs of use.

Return conditions: In cases of wear or deterioration of the goods due to causes other than their trial for the decision-making process about the final purchase, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will agree with the customer/partner on the amount to be refunded.

CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will not be responsible for returns of products that have been manipulated by the customer/partner or for merchandise that is returned incomplete. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the indicated period. Nor will it apply to goods or orders considered to be customized or made-to-order according to the customer's/partner’s specifications.

Instructions for product returns (returns): The return of products will not be processed directly at our facilities but will be handed over to the carrier for shipment. To avoid any possible incidents, it is necessary for smaller products to be protected by additional external packaging to prevent any damage or manipulation of the original packaging during transport.

All returns of products without the original packaging from CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will be rejected.

Obligations of the user/customer:

The user also has certain obligations to comply with. These are:

• Keep their personal access credentials with due care.
• Use the shopping service provided by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. on its website, refraining from manipulating its content, introducing defamatory content, or interfering with its IT systems via viruses or other illegal conduct.
• Respect the purchase agreement once the order has been accepted, with the corresponding payment of the agreed price, and refrain from abusive behavior in contracting.
• Use the information published by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. exclusively for personal commercial relations intended.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, or in any other way publicly communicate, transform, or modify the content, unless written and explicit permission is obtained from CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. or it is legally allowed.
• Remove, manipulate, or alter the "copyright" and other identifying data of the rights reserved by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. or its holders, or any digital fingerprints or identifiers, or any other technical means established for their recognition.

The user must refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain the contents using methods or procedures other than those provided for this purpose or generally employed on the internet for such purposes, provided they do not pose a risk of damage or impairment to the Website or its content.

Rights of CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L.:

CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. reserves the following rights:

• To maintain, modify, or suspend its website without prior notice.
• To modify the price of products.
• To reject orders due to stock shortages or non-payment by the customer/partner.
• To refuse access to IT tools for customers/partners in case of non-compliance with these terms.
• To collect the payment for the customer/partner’s purchases after the transaction has been accepted.
• To retain ownership of the item until full payment is made by the customer/partner.
• Not to reproduce, dispose of, or distribute the information published by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. without explicit permission from the company.
• To correct or amend human or technical errors.

Protection of Personal Data:

Information: The information received by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. through its website will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. will always comply with the applicable data protection laws, particularly Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 on the protection of personal data, and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access, and processing of data. Furthermore, CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. commits to not using personal data for purposes other than the provision of services contracted by the user.

CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. collects personal data from customers/partners and includes them in a file for the purpose of managing orders and responding to queries. The user must provide the necessary personal data to register as a customer/partner of the company and formalize the sales contract. Failure to complete this information or providing incorrect data will prevent CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. from properly managing orders.

CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. also requests additional personal data for statistical purposes to better understand the user profile. The user may omit or not provide any data that is not strictly necessary for registration or the purchase process.

The customer/partner expressly agrees that CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. may communicate their data to companies or banks for transportation and payment processing.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition): CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. commits to respecting and facilitating the exercise of rights as recognized by law, specifically the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.

Security in data processing, computer processes, and data custody: CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. guarantees the maintenance of security levels for personal data protection in accordance with applicable legislation, especially Organic Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007, and has implemented all necessary technical means to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of user data, acknowledging that internet security measures are not infallible.

Jurisdiction:

For any issues arising from the interpretation, application, and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims related to its use, all parties involved submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Villena (Alicante), agreeing in advance to a prior mediation session to attempt resolving the conflict through an alternative dispute resolution, ensuring a quick and satisfactory solution for both parties.
